Machines Of Loving Grace**
A discussion and a collaborative assemblage approaching emodigital relationships
Is AI able to love? Or are love attachments one of the few forms of relationship where humans cannot be replaced by machines?
Human love and relationships are more and more mediated through technological devices. It is not seldom that, in our relationships, the time spent with a mediating device prevails the time spent with the actual physical partner. Technological devices become ‘complicit’ in e.g. matchmaking, communication and expression of feelings, they even are adding to the stability and persistence of a relationship. The technological interface here does not remain a mere mediator, but also figures as a physical replacement for the carnal contact in between the partners, and becomes the focal point of our emotions. E.g. when waiting for the phone to RING increases the longing for the beloved to CALL. Our emotions for the other start to merge with the relationship with the technological device. What, if the ‘human part’ dissolves, or just stops to matter eventually? Movies such as ‘Her’ (2013) or ‘Ex Machina’ (2015) ‘explore’ possible developments in this direction; and the dialogue that the space craft Rosetta and her lander Philae ** had on twitter the days of their comet landing offered a first glimpse into a possible relationship between technological entities.
Together we will discuss possible developments of those deliberations, and – as a playful attempt to look into the future – we will assemble a diary and album mirroring a love story in the year 2116. Come, think and work with us, and don’t forget to bring your laptops!

Yoga-session for emodigital well-being
As a mental update system, iYoga fuses our body, mind, soul, and technology. The human being transcends into the ultimate state of absolute self-actualization and perfection. iYoga will revolutionize and optimize everything; our physical existence, our value system, our beliefs, our human rights. Be different! Come and relax with us, and don’t forget to bring your laptops and a yoga mattress!
